This was despite Maree having recently had surgery on her shoulder and walking the whole course with her arm in a sling. The sisters finished the course in fine style, crossing the finish line, in under 6 and a half hours - November 2017:

It's 10 years since our first ANZAC run from Lake Conjola to Burrill Lake (18km). RATS are pictured here at Burrill Lions Park, at 5.30am, ready to travel to Conjola. It's an amazing way to start this special day. As Damo says: It's not about being comfortable. It's about being out of the ordinary - and it is all about the sacrifices of those who have done so much. Lest we forget...
